Contact and enquiry messages
When you contact us through the website or by email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), course interest, and message content.
Certificate records
When a certificate is issued, a minimal record is stored to support verification. This may include the certificate ID, learner name, course name, certificate type, issue date, and status. Email addresses are stored separately and are not shown on the public verification page.
Course content
Solvanta Consulting does not require an account to access public course content. Practice exercises are designed to run without storing learner responses, unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise and asks for your consent.
3. What we do not collect by default
We do not require user accounts for public course content. We do not collect resume data, interview responses, addresses, or detailed learner profiles by default. We do not use tracking cookies or behavioural advertising.
4. How we use your information
Information may be used to respond to your contact or support message, issue and verify certificates, handle certificate correction or deletion requests, maintain website security, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
5. Public certificate verification
Certificates may be publicly verified using a certificate ID. The public verification page may show the certificate status, learner name, course name, certificate type, issue date, score if applicable, certificate ID, and issuer name. Email addresses and private contact details are not displayed publicly.
6. Data retention
Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain related communication history, unless deletion is requested earlier. Certificate records may be retained for verification purposes unless deleted at the certificate holder's request.
7. Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your contact record or certificate record at any time. If a certificate record is deleted, the certificate will no longer appear in public verification results.
8. Third-party services
This website uses GitHub Pages for hosting, and may use Google Workspace tools including Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Gmail to process enquiries and manage certificate records.
9. Children
Solvanta Consulting does not intentionally target children under 18. Where a user is under 18, they should use the website only with permission from a parent or guardian, particularly when submitting contact information or requesting a certificate.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information collected through the website. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we aim to handle your information responsibly.
11. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
