Solvanta Consulting aims to collect only the information needed for the requested feature. Users may request deletion of contact messages or certificate records.

Last updated: 06 June 2026

1. What can be deleted

You may request deletion of information that Solvanta Consulting holds about you, including contact messages and certificate records, where applicable.

2. Contact messages

Contact and feedback messages are used only to respond to your message and handle related communication. You may request deletion of your message history by contacting Solvanta Consulting.

3. Certificate records

Certificate records are stored for certificate verification and related support. A certificate record may include the certificate ID, participant name, course name, certificate type, score if applicable, issue date, and status.

4. Effect of deleting a certificate record

If a certificate record is deleted, the certificate may no longer be available for public verification. This means that scanning the QR code or entering the certificate ID may no longer show a valid public record.

A deleted or unavailable record does not automatically mean that the certificate was invalid. It may mean the record was removed following a deletion request.

5. Information needed for deletion requests

To process a deletion request, Solvanta Consulting may ask for enough information to identify the relevant record. This may include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used when contacting or requesting a certificate
  • Certificate ID, if the request relates to a certificate
  • A short description of the request

6. How to submit a deletion request

You can submit a deletion request through the contact page or by emailing Solvanta Consulting directly.

Email: helpdesk@solvantaconsulting.com

7. Processing time

Solvanta Consulting will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Additional information may be requested if the relevant record cannot be identified from the original request.

8. Records that may be retained

In some cases, limited information may be retained where necessary to maintain a record of the deletion request, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations.
